Darron Burke fell in love with a beautiful Colombian girl named Eliana, who introduced him to her country and family. There, Eliana's grandmother affectionately renamed Darron as "Don Pablo," as it was much easier to pronounce. Darron and Eliana got married and founded Don Pablo Coffee together, embarking on a journey to share their passion for exceptional coffee.

Our Don Pablo Signature Blend is a rich, sweet, and complex medium to full-bodied coffee with a very smooth cocoa-toned finish and low acidity. Blended for exceptional taste, this unique combination of coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Brazil offers distinct body characteristics, creating a more complex and well-integrated flavor profile.

The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the beans gives this medium-dark roast a touch of roastiness, while still retaining its natural flavor character, resulting in a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. 100% Arabica whole bean coffee, GMO-free, and available in convenient resealable bags.
