Then, we test each new lot and develop a roasting profile for each imported coffee bean. This takes time, dedication, and above all, passion. Our Master Roasters have created something truly original, worthy of the Cooper's Cask Coffee Company name.

The products we create here are not blended coffee beans you will find at any retail or franchised coffee shop. We set out to start a coffee company focusing only on high quality grade 1 specialty coffee. Our mission was simple: source the best grade 1 coffee, create amazing profiles, and roast it fresh. Cooper's has continued to grow, but the goal has always remained the same.

We've teamed up with a handful of distilleries, most notably the Award Winning distillery, Sons of Liberty, and Thomas Tew Rum, two of Rhode Island's most beloved & successful distilleries. We've paired their whiskey & rum with our single origin beans from Sumatra, Rwanda and Ethiopia. After aging for 45-60 days, our coffee takes on a unique taste profile that is hard to resist.
